1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our
facility.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order
details.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only if the product received is:
- Damaged or broken during delivery
- Incorrect item sent
- To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product,
along with clear photo or video proof.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Change of mind after order dispatch
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the product due to customer's unavailability
- Products damaged after delivery
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may replace the damaged or incorrect item instead of a refund, based on
stock availability and product condition.
