Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking a session, package, or program.

Session Cancellation

• Confirmed sessions cannot be cancelled at the last minute or after the scheduled start time.
• Clients are requested to review their availability and session details carefully before confirming a booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
• For cancellations made within the allowed time frame, we may offer rescheduling or partial refund based on the type of service booked.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may request to reschedule a session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours of the session) may be treated as a cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.
• If you are late to a session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time, and extensions are not guaranteed.
• Missed sessions without prior intimation will be treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are generally not provided for completed sessions, missed appointments, or change of mind after the booking.
• In exceptional cases (such as our unavailability, technical issues from our side, or unavoidable cancellation by Divineraaga), a reschedule or refund may be offered.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted by third parties may not be refundable.
• For multi-session packages or programs, once the program has started, fees are generally non-refundable, except in special cases at our discretion.

   If your request is approved, you will receive confirmation, and the reschedule or refund will be processed as per the agreed terms.

Important Notes

• Our healing services are complementary and supportive in nature. They are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
• Results may vary from person to person. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and refunds are not provided based on perceived lack of results.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and being available at the agreed time for online or in-person sessions.
• For group sessions, workshops, or special events, separate terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of registration.
